Our team carefully packs medications into compliance cards, organized by the time of day you or your loved ones take each medication (morning, afternoon, evening, bedtime, and as needed). This streamlined packing system ensures that facility staff can easily administer and reconcile medications. Additionally, every 6 months, a clinical pharmacist specializing in geriatrics and long-term care reviews each medication regimen to ensure optimal care and accuracy.
